Vumatel customer service and feed back is horrible, i work for service provider company the following is very important to keep your customers loyal, happy and also to refer you.

● Giving feed back and updates by a simple sms or email, not for me to spend hundreds of rands to call on top of the airtime I buy for data every day, the service is horrible and pathetic.
