Lack of connection after 2 weeks of ordering the fiber connection.

I don’t think they even deserve one star for the pathetic service I am receiving. I moved into a new house and to ensure uninterrupted service app**** 2 weeks before the move and made arrangements for technicians to be on site 4 days before I moved so that I would be connected on the day I moved. But Vumatel did not complete the installation and for the last 4 days I have been without a data connection. Today the technicians came and said that they had finished the installation but I still don’t have a proper connection. My ISP Vox telecoms say that the problem is with Vumatel. Why can we have a choice of which infrastructure we want. I would choose Frogfoot or Openserve.
