Lack of concern to resolve low fibre speeds

Noted majorly low fibre speed of only +/- 92mb on a 1000mb line. Package was upgraded since August 2019. Only truly thoroughly checked speed end October 2020 and submitted my initial fault to Afrihost, who after requesting I perform speed test and send proof, than only sent technician to perform same tests. Thereafter failing to supply feedback or contact for 2 weeks, I was forced to involve ombudsman. Only than did correct Afrihost department become involved. And to date(02/12/2020), after 4 speed test, including one performed remotely proving fault not on caused by my side, am again requested to to perform additional speed test with a cat6 cable. All this has proven is that neither Afrihost or Vumatel have concern for actually resolving issue and instead perform continuous speed, which show the exact thing as before, so it can be that something was being done. Though in truth nothing to actually resolve, progress or even actually escalate matter. Best part is I am still being charged for for1000mb fibre line and still only receiving 92mb actual speed. All I can do is hope that Pranav from Afrihost critical care is able to resolve issue soon before I am forced to escalate matter even further.

Appreciate the apology, however in my experience of this issue, this is the first time I had any contact or feedback from Vumatel. And I am really not sure how to take to being given a social email address as apposed to someone from technical support contacting me or technical support email.

This ending up being nothing more than having my time wasted by having remote tests done on my laptop and then stating it's the hardware of my laptop causing low download speeds. Not only does that not make sense, but does explain higher speeds of PS4 downloads, though not near what they should be. Also noted when re-checking contract options, the package I am subscribed to is no longer available. Only ones of lower download speeds yet cost the same. In the end, this can be summed up as Vumatel and Afrihost being unable to provide the speeds of agreed upon package and then looking for ways to excuse themselves from any obligation to provide the service paid for.
