Lack of communication

I am absolutely fed up with Vumatel services. I have ordered my fiber two months ago. Everytime I'm scheduled for installation the technicians always have issues and my installation date gets rescheduled. Today, they didn't show up , no reason , no feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
