lack of comminucation!!!

So after 19 days from order placed and payment made, my already installed line finally gets activated. This also after having spent R286 (almost the installment ammount) in airtime phoning back and forth to have the issue resolved and trying to find out what is happening. call centere agents promise they will back with feedback but they dont.
