Lack Luster Support
Hope you never need actual Support here. Turn around time for things that actually need to be fixed can be as long as 24 to 72 hours, all the while you're without the service you pay for from both.
Case and point, no update from both Vumatel regarding ticket ISP-***. 24 hours without internet and counting!

I can, yes. A lovely lady from your team phoned me at around 16:00 and the matter was resolved shortly after.
Sorry about the late reply, but still catching up on work. Was without internet access for 30 hours after all, but oh well... this is South Africa I guess!
