Keep receiving unsolicited messages from vumatel for an area I do not live in!

<p>To Whom It May Concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I keep getting unsolicited text messages from vumatel about fibre and power-related issues in Sunningdale, KZN.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not live or have ever lived in Sunningdale, KZN. I have also never contacted vumatel or given them permission to send me text messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have politely and kindly contacted Vumatel via email (the only email address on their website is the info at vumatel.co.za email address) to remove me from their database, but they do not respond on that, hence I have to turn to Hello Peter to air my grievances.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not only most discourteous to send messages to people without their permission but the fact they they give no contact number or opt-out of their messages is also very inconvenient.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus, please remove my number from your database and confirm that you have done so.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks and kind regards</p>
