Just when you thought service could never get worse - enter Vumatel - worst service ever award

Never before has customer service been this bad. I have not had internet for the past 4 days, but have been **** to and dropped constantly by vumatel customer ‘support’. Clearly the support team is outsourced as they have no idea what is going on and cannot communicate what the problem is or may be. There have been numerous promises to get back to me - but nothing. I am now actively looking for an alternative- any suggestion? At this point smoke signals would be more effective than this failure of a so called ‘data’ provider.
