Just Want To Be Connected..is that too much of a hard ask?

I have made payment for installation but it's only 50% complete. And whilst the agents have been very friendly, I do appreciate their hard work, especially Palesa, I now have a case number. But am still awaiting for the technicians come complete the installation. I feel as if as long as they get their money, they're not concerned about their clients. All I want is to be up and running ASAP.
