Just treat your clients better....!??!!?!

When I called into Vumatel, their agents would put me on hold and more than 10 minutes and then eventually cut the call... There was a guy that put me on hold before I even gave him any info! Talk about bad customer service!?

I moved into this place that currently has a with an even worse ISP in terms of customer service... Starts with a W ends in Africa...

I have been going for 3 weeks without internet, no feedback... Just shocking... The run around when I eventually do get hold of someone...

I just think that they need to get their compliance offers relooked at because they are not doing their jobs, nor screening the calls...

Since when has customer service taken such a back seat??? Without your clients, you wouldn't be anywhere!?!

Treat your clients better!! I don't think that that's too much to ask for...???
