Just pathetic! I have no words!

So after telling Vumatel how many times that there is no cables/Fibre in my complex and how many times they send somebody out, they do not seem to grasp the concept! They make an appointment AGAIN and the guy tells me he wants to instal the fibre into my home! LISTEN CAREFULLY - THERE IS NO CABLES/ FIBRE IN THE COMPEX. When will I have fibre???
