I've been experiencing some internet connectivity issues on Wednesday 13th of November 2025 and I contacted Webafrica on the same day, they logged the fault with Vumatel and believe it when I write this, Vumatel came the same day, within two hours and did some repairs and my internet was back online. I was amazed at the turn around time, and the Vumatel Tech guy was very customer orientated, so for such an awesome eexperience, I give Vumatel 5 Stars....also not forgetting that Vumatel was the fiber provider that came to our less previledged neighborhoods to give us fiber first, while the greedy competitors went to the fancy and most previ****ged neighborhoods like Umhlanga first to install fiber !...So well done Vumatel !!!
