It’s been 3 days without any internet connection, I logged a call but was told it would take 48 hours mind you I work from home . Ended up going to the office as I can’t work without any internet. The WhatsApp chat line takes forever to be assisted. It’s really frustrating and the lack of customer service is pathetic.
