It's almost a month now since the application of fibre for my mother and it doesn't look she'll be getting her line anytime soon. Ticket ID: #795978 was the ticket number opened for her and she made payment and submitted the relevant documents. Their service provider accelerit sent her router to bloemfontein even though they had her address and proof of address with them. after that they then sent a technician for an installation while the router is in bloemfontein. The router then made its way back but there's no communication between vuma and accelerit, nevermind taking accountability for delay. We've made countless follow ups to no avail.
