Issues not resolved on time

Poor customer services, issues are not attended to. I have downgraded my package and paid in advance while the other package was still active and when the downgrade package had to kick I am receiving messages that my account has been suspended. Called all useless customers services agents many 7 different ones and the issue still there. What's more annoying is paying for a service that I am not getting. This is really disgusting. Some of agents that I remember that are useless one was aviwe lou and other is Wandile. what the hell is going ticket number ***5
