ISP:Incompet Service Provider

Would rather pull out my own healthy teeth with a dirty rusty pliers, here's my email to Vumatel and AXXESS

Please come and fetch this router and cancel my order completely, I dont want to hear about cancelation fees as I have not been able to use the so called service due you people and Vumatel incompetence.

Send someone on Saturday after 13:30 to collect this useless router.

I asked for someone to come out today to complete the installation as I was home, no one called me.its become apparent that your company is not serious about service, I've been patient long enough, if I was in Mpumalanga my connection would be up and running last week already. I fail to understand how a Non Metro small town like Middleburg shows superior and faster service compared to a Metro City the Size of Johannesburg.

If you as ISP cant deliver the proper services to your clients then rather do everyone a favor and just close shop, its pathetic, Vumatel doesn't give feedback, they capture incorrect addresses and order information and cause delays in client service. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic, I shall be posting this in hello Peter, not as a threat, but expose the pathetic service I've experienced
