ISP holding line hostage

Hi Guys

I’d like to sign up with MWEB, however Vumatel is saying that it’s active with SuperSonic. I’ve requested the cancellation however SuperSonic is not informing you of the cancellation - hence my frustration because I can’t move to a new ISP.

Please can we get this resolved.
