ISP down for hours with no urgent assistance!!!

Worst ISP!!!! my internet has been down for 5 hours and their customer service is horrible, you're only allowed to message them no phone calls allowed which is inconvenient for us as customers. The whole service is a ****. Why their intent to frustrate us? Unless I'm reading this all wrong with pheww!
