Is Vumatel broke ? Can not think what else ( except cashflow problems) are hindering them from repairing my month old problem

We stay in Ginubie. We had the service for a few months now . But the last month I was without service . The Vumatel technician came out within a few days and he accepted the fault was on their side . But the fault is not being repaired . I am very dissatisfied and disappointed , really thought Vumatel would be professional and see to their end of the contract. How do you sell a product but can not deliver service. Surely someone is to blame at Vumatel. I would really like to know what the problem is , hopefully Vumatel is not broke, why else would they not have the resources to replace what needs to be replaced
