Is this the level of Customer Service?

Once again it is the beginning of the month and I am without service. The LOS is down but there is no way to log this call except to wait for a robot to eventually make contact and create a support ticket which will take 24 hours to correct. When chatting to a customer service agent, he hung up the call because that it isnt within his scope to log a ticket for faster resolution.
