IS THERE ANYWAY TO CONTACT VUMATEL????

Vumatel called us telling us that they are on their way to install the "Vumatel box" that was Friday last week, no one arrived, no one called and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM so is this what they do? How do we know what's going on? There's no way to contact them.
