Irate

Good day I trust that you well. I'm not at all, I'm very much disgusted by the service you guys are giving me. I requested for a refund, you provided me with an email, I sent my bank statement as well at the receipt. I spoke to Webafrica and I was told my refund will paid in today. Still I haven't received anything no call no nothing. I want my money back today please as promised. Thank you Irate customer
