Invisible support

To whom it may concern.

Can i please speak to Casper the friendly ghost that's how i feel with regards to to Vuma reach/vumatel customer care whoever you are as the support is non existent.

All i wanted to change my DD details from the 1st to the 25th of each month but no.. All i get is the services are discontinued.. Questions if we raise our concern with the Ombudsman can we have your infrastructure removed from our area? As it seems we not do not have the right provider catering for our needs.

All i need is for who ever you are to answer me directly if not... well let just say please keep your eyes posted..
