Internet outage - Three Rivers East

Hi Vumatel, day nr 2 with no Internet. Internet was off for nearly a week, and then came on for a day , and has now been off for two days again.

I have a reference number, and no one has phoned me. What's the delay? I get that there were outages yesterday in the JHB and Vaal Triangle Region. Of course JHB would be restored in one day and Vaal Triangle forgotten about. But we're all paying clients, it seems like your company is forgetting this. Why was my internet off for an entire week before this? Is your company experiencing issues that we need to be aware of.

Can a technician phone me urgently, I honestly don't want to keep having to phone Vodacom every other hour. It's annoying. And also they don't know what they're doing. The last person I spoke to said that the ticket was assigned and that the technician would phone. That was this morning, it's already afternoon again. No phonecall. She now said she would send an email as apparently no one at Vumatel has a contact number, guess phones don't exist in your line of work.....
