KELEBOGILE MASIU 1 review ZA Rated 1 out of 5 stars Vuma hypa is a wifi/ internet service… Vuma hypa is a wifi/ internet service provider, which is paid on a monthly basis. The has been an internet outage for the past 3 days, there has been no formal or professional communication with customers regarding the outage I have contacted the Fibre providers, I was referred to agents who are rude and unprofessional.

Then after I received an email, from the providers saying that they have sent technicians to the zone to fix the problem but I to this day no technician has arrived in the zone to resolve the issue.

This is unfair and unprofessional behavior by the providers, as a customer I paid for service and this is an inconvenience to me because they will not even reimburse us for the days the Fibre has been off. They have no alternative solutions to the problem. Instead they lie and say they have disbursed technicians to resolve yet to this hour we have not received any assistance.

This is poor service.
