internet nightmare.. afrihost

i am trying to get a fibre internet package with Afrihost. I have had no success whatsoever on their website. the website is useless and does not work properly. I have been trying for nearly two days to reset my password, and nothing works. I have called the offices for help and assistance only to be told i have to do everything online. how do I buy internet "online" and sign up if i do not have internet access in the first place? It is ridiculous that one cannot purchase something if one does not have internet access. Not everybody has data or mobile phones with internet access. It is frustrating and I found the service most unhelpful
