Internet Line ****** by Vuma and given to someone else

On the 05/05/2023 my internet access was taken away . Reason for this from the ISP is the line was activated by another ISP. It is now the 06/06/2023 and i am still not able to get internet access. I have tried every plausible avenue to get hold of Vumatel to fix the internet access . Vuma should be ashamed , at least back in the day you could still phone Telkom and hope that someone would answer the phone, Well you cant get hold of vuma cause they hide behind *********** ISPs and terrible business practices .
