Internet down the entire day and we get told it is a minor issue

My internet line has been down the entire day with no feedback from Vumatel. I had to call to get an update to learn that it is an area issue. The agent then went on to say that it is a minor issue and the should be done in a day or two. How is it minor for internet services to be down for a day or two? People actually use the connectivity to work. So being out of work for 3 days is minor to Vumatel. This is horrible service.
