Internet Down for 4 days now
My Fibre has been down from Friday midnight still down and no one seem to know what the issue is, get promised to be called back to fix, they don't call back and nothing is happening. It is so annoying. It actually doesn't deserve a star, I spoke to 3 consultants today and still I cant be assisted yet we pay so much. A guy so called Itumeleng promised to call me and he never did until now. I must live without internet for days, their service is very poor, you take customers serious.

Today is the 5th day begging to be assisted, waisting my airtime doing follpw ups. Or should i come to your offices for you to take me serious!!! This is nonsense!!
