Internet down- day 15!

My internet has been down for 15 days! Between Webafrica and Vumatel I don’t know who knows what to do. The technician at Webafrica has been trying to liaise with the Vumatel technicians for days without a resolution. I escalated to the CEO of Webafrica who got someone to call me a few days ago and still... nothing!

I work from home permanently and in order to do so I need a stable internet connection. So, now my job is at risk!

Please please can this be sorted out ASAP! I’ve spent hundreds of Rands just to be able to work and over above I’ve also paid my premiums.
