Internet cut for days

I have been left without internet for days. Everytime i call through they say that someone is working on the issue. I called 4 times as without internet I cannot work. Last time i called and spoke with Katlego at 17:10 to enquire where is the technician he advised that he is transferring the call through and just placed on hold indefinitely. Isp 275703 Shocking service at an extremely high price!
