Internet connection from vumatel

I sign up with vuma,it works for a month on second month they took money from my account,but I never signed a debit order with them,on 29 April they charge me R52,46 and then 01 May they charge me R327,95. On 25 May the charge again R18,99 ,but they disconnected me the whole month of May,I complain to them in their what’s up number everyday because I’m working from home,I ask to speak manager from the Agent,the say manager will call me till today ,today the charge me again R78,70.... they keep on taking money in my bank and then service is not working and they unprofessional ,vuma said I must contact my service provider it’s web Africa, I contacted Web Africa they say it’s vumatel faulty
