Internet connection down again. Username not appearing

I know you're probably thinking why am I still with Vumatel,that's because I paid!! My internet connection is so weak that every month the username changes,how possible is that with 6 technicians having been to my house. Everytime I lose connection I try making contact from using data,extra cost for them to tell me that they're not working 😕 and I should contact them tomorrow 😅 I'm upset! Vumatel, i need answers!!!
