Internet connection

2months ago I have internet issues I noticed that money was again deducted in my account and still no internet .I have been calling when I noticed it as stopped flashing red it now green ,someone that assisted me 2weeks again. Told me. Tech will call me as Pon issues is sorted by them telephonically still nothing . Called today still no assistance
