I was booked today for instalation at 11:30 I took time off work for this instalation when they were done installing my grey box for fiber inside the house it was around 12 :30 the guy told me they still need to send the support tech to activate my fiber when I asked what time this would be no one could tell me at 16:00 still nobody here when I called again they said I dont have to warry the tech does not need acsess to the house now how should I know when it is activated and who is going to explain to my boss about this poor service and that I waited the whole day for nothingthis is so hopeless
