Installed Pole Destroyed Wall & Poses an even more Dangerous Risk

We contacted the ISP yesterday to log a ticket to Vumatel regarding their installed pole which fell and damaged the retaining wall next to it in our backyard, causing it to collapse and (still) leaning onto the power cables on the neighbour's side which STILL poses an environmental hazard with the risk of damaging the neighbour's property (alongside a power collapse if it snaps through it) with the unstable weather shaking the pole.

Fortunately, the fibre service still works & Vumatel sent someone to check up on this matter & they said Vumatel will contact us soon to discuss the next step as there was nothing they could do yet upon seeing the dreadful situation.

Today's the next day & still no contact from Vumatel yet. With every passing day, that pole becomes a ticking time bomb which will cause a more serious situation than the current damage it caused. Please attend to this ASAP, Vumatel.
