Installation setup

I am very disappointed in the service that i have been rendered as a new client i took this service last month paid on the 24th of Jan until today my connection set up is still noy completed , i am paying for a service that i am not using, the installation was done but not completed i was told that it will be sorted by Monday and it Wednesday and still has not been done, no one has contacted me no one updates you unless you follow up.
