Installation pending Isp vox

Please can some one assist urgently ,I am waiting on contact from vumatel for installation of new fibre line via Isp Vox ref VC-*** .I have contacted the Isp twice and advised that the issue was escalated and have tried emailing *** and *** ,both emails have bounced . Please can some one assist yo contact me to schedule installation ,this is the third week that I am waiting for a call or email .Thank you.
