Installation of fiber taking over 3 weeks now.

Their website, telephonic call, and attendant agrees the line is fiber ready, but wait we now need to certify the line, I understand they need to make sure everything is in order before implementing the line, but why say it is fiber ready??, I got the router and everything from Afrihost already, been waiting for the certification for over 3 weeks now, No one can tell me when this is going to be done and that in my opinion is unacceptable. " I just have to wait", when will this be done!
