Installation not done for almost 3 weeks into the month.

How does an installation take over half a month to be done??? The guys from Vumatel came in did and installation only for the guys who were suppose to bring the Router to discover that the installation was not done properly. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing has been done, the call Centre is even the worst. At this point I'm really over Vumatel.

The team said the previous guys didn't do the connection properly and would tell them to come sort it out today they never came through again.
