Installation nightmare

If there was an option for -10 stars I'd select it. On the 27 Nov 2019, I received an order confirmation email. After a back and forth between Afrihost and Vumatel, I managed to schedule installation. My installation was scheduled for 27 Dec 2019 at 1:30pm. At 12pm today, I received an email from Vumatel, rescheduling my installation to 3pm same day. At 3:30 I called Vumatel as no-one has come to my property. I was told they need to call the Cape Town office, but they cannot give me a number to call directly. Still didn't hear from anyone at Vumatel, called back 4pm. No one could apparently get hold of the technicians and cannot guarantee installation today. I have waited at home in the heart of ******* December whole day, and no results from Vumatel. Also a guy in his Vumatel van pulled up outside my house, checked the little grey box on my fence and left. No one in the support centre have any answers and all they keep saying is "I apologise" but they are unable to contact the installers, the Cape Town office, or anyone who can give answers. This is disgusting service. I will never refer anyone to Vumatel for anything. Staff is unhelpful, processes are dumb and ineffective.
