Installation months over-due

I ordered 100/100 Fibre via Web-africa on 19 Sept 2017 They asked Vumatel to install it on the 21st September 2017, their site says it can take up to 1 month to install so I had my months silence - then I phoned Web Africa to see where it was only to find out Vumatel had decided to cancel the order for no reason at all, so they escalated it to be installed immediately. I then got a call from Vumatel scheduling the install for 15 Sept 2017 and 11:30 am I waited till 13:30 and gave up. I have since emailed them twice and each time they include me in an email with Brightlink asking why the technician did not pitch up, and all emails have been ignored. I expect this to be resolved and fully installed by this weekend else, you can take your business elsewhere.

The number 1 rule in business is dont work with partners that dont work, fire brightlink and send a new installer to my house.

Correction "scheduling the install for 15 Sept 2017 and 11:30 am I waited till 13:30" is meant to be "scheduling the install for 15 Nov 2017 and 11:30 am I waited till 13:30"

Fibre, installed finally, now its in Web Africa's hands to activate and provide the router. It would have been nice if they gave me more than 10 minutes heads up they could come to my house before wednesday, but im just glad its in. Will update once all is up and running.

Got Router installed today, now just waiting on the fibre line to actually be activated - web africa have same issue as Vumatel "Surprise" we outside, not "We are on our way, does now work for you"

Still waiting for line to be active, they said it takes 24 hrs its been 48, whats the holdup? The light is still flashing on the router, not solid and ready. I have emailed the details to make it active as soon as it was installed https://i.imgur.com/h3a3qe2.jpg
