Installation Issue - Resloved

They can improve their communication, If the right communication has filtered down correctly in my case, the issue that I had could have been resolved so much faster.

Eventually the right people came out and had it sorted, although it was a month later, After it was sorted, I was up and running in less then an hour. Got my password & User Name. And now I am a happy client.
