Installation Issue

Fibre has been installed in our area and residents are using it. However there seems to be an issue with the connection of the cable running from the box on the road to our house. I think it's called a junction or something. We are trying to sort this out for a while now. The technicians are very polite. The teams come out and check, then say that the problem is with another team that handles that part and the issue persists. I just want all of them here at once so they can sort it out once and for all.
