Installation guys mess up

Made payment had date for 06.09.2021 Guys came out saying they won be able to do it and will come next day. Next day has come get a call from Nicole vumatel representative and refuse to assist me after her team mate has made arrangements and hangs up the phone while I'm still talking. Cannot get through to vumatel on line or email
