Installation

I just placed an order with Vumatel, they requested written permission to come and install fibre, I got the docs granting them permission and now they don’t even know where should I send the docs. I’ve been calling them since 04/05/2026 andincedakali, I decided to call them again this morning and they’re saying the order was cancelled Phofu I already paid for installation, they’ve got a horrible service. Bear in mind that never communicated that they will cancel the order and I was never refunded.
