Installation

About 3months ago i got approached by a Vumatel agent that offerd me the R19 package that was valid for the 1st 30days, then my package would go back to the normal R399, but now the agent by the name of NELLY, promised it would take 4-7working days, amonth later i called the customer care line after holding for 2hours i spoke to a guy called SAARDI he offerd to help and told me my installation was delayed due to my address being in flight, he requested documents to prove my proof of residence, i did so, but still no one called me for another month of waiting, i called again and spoke to JACOB, he promised to take over where the previous person left off, i waited another 3weeks called again and found the same JACOB and he promised to escalate the matter as its bewn almst 3months me waiting for installation Im writting this as its the fourth month still no call from VUMATEL, or SADV about our installation, its a huge inconvenience because when u call the customer care you hold for 2hours or more, then still no results to my queries, swwms like no is taking me seriously and funny enough i see other houses being installed, but no communication is done, im verry irritated and dissatisfied with such big companies like SADV and VUMATEL not being able to assist a client that has already paid

I want to know when will i be assisted and by who
