Installation and delays

Had a terrible experience so far with installation. I recently joined Afrihost for great fibre connectivity then I receive my line is active. But no installation was done after i said that there was no previous internet. I called them to inform that no active line was present and requires a installation of a new line. Then no appointment was scheduled they just showed up so i rushed from my work to my house to find them not there. I called bit could not get an operator to assist me. When the guys got here i was informed that they do not install the line…which really confused me because i told them i require a new line! Now I’m paying for an active line without any connectivity and will have to wait again for my line to be installed.
