Im paying a huge sum of money for a decent speed but only getting 2mb/s download speed. ***!!!!!!!!!!!!! I make sure that i pay well in advance to keep my network up, but im not getting answers to why de **** my network is so slow. I have asked multiple times for assistance but they just dont care.
