Infrastructure not fully completed
I've ordered fibre October Mid month to be installed on the 30/10/2023. However, pre-installation has been completed but it seems the infrastructure has not been completed yet.
From your site it shows that it is supported but why is the infrastructure not completed?
I work from home and now I am losing out on working days having to take leave which is costing me money.
The ISP used is WebAfrica however, Webafrica cannot give me an ETA because the infrastructure is with you.
